FRUITS & VEGGIES · Kale, spinach, chard, Organic Girl pre-washed or Publix Greenwise pre-washed romaine lettuce, squash, cucumber, green beans, peas, broccoli, and cauliflower. · Berries, apples, pineapple, and low sugar fruits  Berries and Cherries are low on the Glycemic index
