Please read through the information under the main tab "Our Services" to learn about the type of testing we do and services we offer. A medical history will not be taken until after the testing is complete.

 

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.   If 24 hour notice is not given, the client will be charged a $100 fee for the session.  Credit card information is required and will be kept on file.

 

To prepare for your first visit, please bring or do  the following:

 

•      Hands and feet should be free of any creams or lotions. 

•      List of medications you are currently taking

•      2-day food journal (list of all foods eaten in 48 hour period)

•      Patient schedule

•      Informed consent

•      we accept all forms of Payment* however checks preferred

               *all credit card transactions will have a $5 surcharge
