    Suggested Usage:

    Diffuse (3-4 drops), internally (1 drop in 4 ounces of liquid), massage (with your favorite oil), cleansing (with your favorite facial cleanser).

    Note:

    Avoid sunlight for 12 hours after application.

    Do not use oils internally, or topically (undiluted), unless directed by a health care professional. Some experience skin sensitivity. Don't allow the oils to have contact with eyes, inner ears or other sensative areas. Keep out of reach of children.
