    Practical Application:

    Massage (1-2 drops directly to skin or in oil on sore hands, ankles, muscles), diffuse (3-4 drops), spray: (mix several drops in water and/or oil and use to disinfect), topically (either directly on skin or 2-3 drops applied with oil or cream)

    Note: 

    Do not use oils internally, or topically (undiluted), unless directed by a health care professional. Some experience skin sensitivity. Don't allow the oils to have contact with eyes, inner ears or other sensative areas. Keep out of reach of children. Before utilizing the oils, it is best to consult your physician if you are pregnant, nursing or already under a doctor's care.
